Para ayudarlos, la compa\u00f1\u00eda <a class=\"wp-caption-dd\" title=\"Meta4\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cegid.com\/ib\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meta4<\/a>, especializada en soluciones para la gesti\u00f3n y el desarrollo de capital humano, ha elaborado un d\u00e9calogo, <strong>&#8216;Las diez reglas de oro del director de Recursos Humanos&#8217;<\/strong>. Es el siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Conocimiento del negocio de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y sus objetivos<\/strong> a corto, medio y largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Conocimiento de su plantilla<\/strong>: caracter\u00edsticas de los empleados y su evoluci\u00f3n en el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Cultura de servicio.<\/strong> En su caso, los clientes son los empleados, por lo que una de sus principales misiones consiste en proveer de herramientas y soluciones al resto de la organizaci\u00f3n para conseguir los objetivos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Capacidad para gestionar la complejidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> El director de recursos humanos, una bisagra entre la empresa y los trabajadores, debe propiciar el entendimiento en las situaciones de conflicto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Hay que ser transparente en la medida de lo posible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Coherencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Orientaci\u00f3n a resultados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Apertura de mente y gesti\u00f3n de proyectos.<\/strong> Involucrar a compa\u00f1eros que no pertenecen al propio departamento para enriquecer los puntos de vista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.
