Aunque no hay una tendencia generalizada sobre este tema, lo que s\u00ed es cierto es que \u00ablos empleados no van a dejar de pedir incrementos salariales, pero entienden mejor que no se les suba el sueldo o que se haga de una manera menos elevada\u00bb, opina <strong>Rafael Barrilero<\/strong>, socio de Mercer.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>los empresarios buscan f\u00f3rmulas que les permitan continuar premiando a sus equipos, sin que esto suponga aumentarles el sueldo<\/strong>. Por ello, en los \u00faltimos tiempos se implantan una serie de beneficios, como los planes de pensiones o los seguros, que permiten mejorar la situaci\u00f3n de los empleados sin tener que aumentar el gasto. De acuerdo a esta tendencia de moda, Rafael Barrilero se\u00f1ala que las empresas est\u00e1n intentando <strong>correlacionar los incentivos a los buenos resultados<\/strong>, de manera que \u00abse paga por la consecuci\u00f3n de \u00e9xitos que generan valor a la compa\u00f1\u00eda\u00bb. En esta l\u00ednea se est\u00e1n centrando las entidades del sector financiero, que han introducido cambios en el dise\u00f1o de sus bonos anuales o incentivos a corto plazo.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio realizado por Mercer entre 61 compa\u00f1\u00edas con presencia mundial en los sectores de la banca y los seguros, recoge que muchas empresas europeas han introducido un bono diferido obligatorio ligado al rendimiento. Asimismo, dentro de las <strong>tendencias de compensaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que ofrecen las compa\u00f1\u00edas a sus trabajadores, est\u00e1 ganando terreno la que fomenta la mejora de la trayectoria profesional. Las empresas est\u00e1n facilitando a sus empleados adaptar su trayectoria profesional a las estrategias de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Les ofrecen formaci\u00f3n y la oportunidad de emprender nuevas l\u00edneas profesionales dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n. A cambio, la empresa recibe menos impacto en sus gastos y, adem\u00e1s, cuenta con gente formada y adaptada para sus necesidades de negocio en el
