No, porque mientras pocas firmas hablan ya de conciliaci\u00f3n, muchas otras s\u00f3lo entienden el lenguaje ERE; pero s\u00ed, porque en \u00e9poca de crisis, un empleado motivado trabajar\u00e1 m\u00e1s y mejor y podr\u00e1 ayudar a su compa\u00f1\u00eda a mantener, quiz\u00e1 aumentar, la productividad, la eficiencia y la innovaci\u00f3n. Y para muestra un bot\u00f3n: de las sesenta empresas que forman parte del ranking que este centro elabora cada a\u00f1o han aumentado su plantilla en 2.500 trabajadores y visto crecer un 19,5% su facturaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se consigue hacer todo esto en \u00e9poca de crisis? El informe que acompa\u00f1a a esta clasificaci\u00f3n no pod\u00eda ser m\u00e1s elocuente. De los m\u00e1s de 177.923 empleados el 95% ha destacado de sus respectivas empresas las pol\u00edticas de conciliaci\u00f3n (el 95% de las empresas consultadas tienen horario flexible), comunicaci\u00f3n (el 84% ofrecen feedback de desempe\u00f1o a todos los empleados) y retribuci\u00f3n (el 91% cuentan con sistemas de comparaci\u00f3n salarial). Un gran paquete de medidas a los que les suma aquello que m\u00e1s les retiene en sus empresas, el buen clima laboral. Porque tal y como afirma Ventoso \u00abse puede trabajar, bien, mal o regular, todo depende de c\u00f3mo queramos hacerlo\u00bb es mejor optar por dar m\u00e1s razones para el primero que para el resto.
