El resultado esperado del proceso de motivaci\u00f3n siempre es un <strong>comportamiento. <\/strong>En el contexto laboral, los comportamientos que las organizaciones desean obtener de los profesionales son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingreso:<\/strong> se quiere atraer a los mejores profesionales para que entren en la empresa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vinculaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> se quiere involucrar a los mejores trabajadores de modo que no se marchen a otra empresa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Productividad:<\/strong> conseguir un desempe\u00f1o excelente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Innovaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> que contribuyan con sus ideas y creatividad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Civismo:<\/strong> las conductas laborales c\u00edvicas son todo aquello que los empleados pueden hacer, no relacionado de forma directa con su trabajo y que contribuye al desarrollo organizacional, como persistir, proponerse voluntario, ayudar, cooperar, seguir las reglas y procedimientos y apoyar los objetivos organizacionales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por tanto, el objetivo de las pol\u00edticas y sistemas de gesti\u00f3n del talento es<strong> atraer a personas con talento y sostener su compromiso<\/strong> para contribuir al logro de resultados superiores. Una vez que el profesional con talento se ha incorporado a la empresa, podemos englobar el resto de expectativas sobre su comportamiento en el concepto de compromiso.<\/p>\n<h2>Las empresas quieren empleados con talento comprometidos. \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto?<\/h2>\n<p>El compromiso es un estado psicol\u00f3gico de <strong>apego e identificaci\u00f3n con la organizaci\u00f3<\/strong>n que induce al empleado a alinear su comportamiento con sus prioridades y metas, contribuyendo con sus capacidades a alcanzar la misi\u00f3n de la empresa o instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para que exista <strong>compromiso <\/strong>es necesario que exista un equilibrio entre la <strong>motivaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (disposici\u00f3n y esfuerzo de los empleados) y la <strong>satisfacci\u00f3n<\/strong> (recompensas organizacionales). Es decir, conseguir que los trabajadores est\u00e9n motivados y se sientan felices, o al menos satisfechos, en su trabajo. Para ello es necesario establecer recompensas alineadas con sus verdaderas expectativas, lo que requiere conocimiento de su perfil de motivos, sus intereses y sus necesidades actuales.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>El perfil de motivos y la gesti\u00f3n del compromiso<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El Modelo <a href=\"https:\/\/empresas.infoempleo.com\/hrtrends\/ciencia-de-la-motivacion-gestion-del-talento-compromiso\/\">Rueda de Motivos<\/a> tiene una gran utilidad a la hora de dise\u00f1ar y aplicar <strong>pol\u00edticas de gesti\u00f3n del compromiso<\/strong>, pues permite identificar y gestionar la diversidad de aspiraciones de las personas.<br \/>\nEn los cuadros siguientes podemos ver la relaci\u00f3n entre los distintos motivos de las personas y los incentivos o factores que pueden utilizar las empresas para construir compromiso.<\/p>\n<p>En el primero est\u00e1n los factores que generan motivaci\u00f3n y compromiso. Constituyen la l\u00ednea base que debe tener toda organizaci\u00f3n para ser considerada <a href=\"https:\/\/empresas.infoempleo.com\/hrtrends\/estas-son-las-mejores-empresas-para-trabajar-en-espana-en-2016\/\">un buen lugar para trabajar<\/a>.
