Si funciona para recomendar pel\u00edculas o analizar comportamientos del consumidor, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no usarlo para conocer lo que afecta a las personas que componen una empresa? As\u00ed es como se ha ido instalando esta tendencia tambi\u00e9n denominada <em>HR Analytics<\/em>, que consiste en emplear los datos y las fuentes informativas, que se generan de forma continua en una compa\u00f1\u00eda, y que hasta hace no demasiado tiempo, ten\u00edan un papel muy reducido. Si no se trabaja de forma ordenada, acotando el proyecto que se quiere abordar y <strong>estableciendo los objetivos concretos<\/strong>, este probablemente acabar\u00e1 en fracaso y llev\u00e1ndose a su paso una importante porci\u00f3n del presupuesto. De ah\u00ed que sea necesario realizar un an\u00e1lisis concreto de la situaci\u00f3n, una <strong>planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong> y, sobre todo, dotarse de un equipo capaz de desenredar la mara\u00f1a num\u00e9rica, de manera que realmente se convierta en una fuente informativa para la toma de decisiones y la predicci\u00f3n de tendencias.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas compa\u00f1\u00edas ya han puesto en marcha estos proyectos y est\u00e1n empezando a ver los frutos. Empiezan a contar con una base objetiva que les ayuda a resolver algunos problemas espec\u00edficos del negocio, algunos ejemplos pueden ser: capacidad de r<strong>etenci\u00f3n del talento<\/strong>, la eficiencia de las horas trabajadas, el desempe\u00f1o profesional de los equipos, la relaci\u00f3n entre inversi\u00f3n en formaci\u00f3n y la evoluci\u00f3n de carrera o la medici\u00f3n de la satisfacci\u00f3n laboral.
