Hay que pensar\u00a0tanto en la plantilla existente como en nuevas adquisiciones en el futuro, y tambi\u00e9n tener en cuenta otros factores como: el plan de carrera, el crecimiento personal, el clima laboral, la responsabilidad social y la conciliaci\u00f3n. Pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo hacer que todo esto funcione bien?\u00a0\u00bfrealmente se trata de un concepto tan importante para la empresa?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo alcanzar un buen Employer Branding<\/h3>\n<p>El proceso suele ser laborioso, pero las ventajas compensan la inversi\u00f3n en tiempo y recursos. Permiten a la empresa proyectar una imagen muy positiva, tanto para los empleados actuales como para los futuros, que se sentir\u00e1n m\u00e1s integrados y, por tanto, implicados y motivados en la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el Foro del Empleo en la Era Digital recomendamos a las empresas que se planteen estas cinco preguntas\u00a0antes de comenzar un plan de Employer Branding:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntos empleados de los actuales recomendar\u00edan tu organizaci\u00f3n como un lugar muy bueno en el que trabajar? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 lo har\u00edan?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> \u00bfQu\u00e9 opinan tanto los candidatos como los empleados acerca de tu organizaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> \u00bfHan recibido los directivos de tu empresa formaci\u00f3n especifica de Employer Branding?\u00a0 En tal caso, \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos?<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 iba alguien querer trabajar en tu empresa?<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> \u00bfEn tu empresa existe un Plan de Carrera o la figura del Mentor de Carrera?<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n aconsejamos\u00a0que estas preguntas se planteen abiertamente, tanto a candidatos como a los empleados existentes, para poder<strong> tener una imagen fiel de la situaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en la que estamos y saber a d\u00f3nde queremos llegar a parar.<\/p>\n<p>Es especialmente importante la tercera pregunta, ya que implica directamente a varios departamentos.\u00a0 El concepto de Employer Branding, por tanto, no debe ser considerado dominio exclusivo de Recursos Humanos. Es necesario que se involucre tambi\u00e9n a Marketing, Comunicaci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n General. Todos los departamentos deben aportar feedback.<\/p>\n<h3>Fidelizar y motivar<\/h3>\n<p>En un mundo globalizado y altamente competitivo, el \u00e9xito depende cada vez m\u00e1s de contar con un <strong>capital humano altamente motivado<\/strong> y alineado con los objetivos y la organizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0 Se trata de una motivaci\u00f3n y pasi\u00f3n que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la compensaci\u00f3n monetaria, y que apenas se podr\u00eda conseguir en una empresa excesivamente burocratizada y\/o r\u00edgida.\u00a0 En la coyuntura actual se hace especialmente importante el
