En este sentido, hablar del perfil profesional del futuro directivo de marketing es querer hablar de c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 el marketing del futuro. Las personas que tenemos relaci\u00f3n con esta disciplina empresarial coincidimos en que<strong> el marketing es todav\u00eda una disciplina muy joven y con mucho recorrido.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los j\u00f3venes que quieran desarrollarse profesionalmente en esta apasionante \u00e1rea, deben asumir con responsabilidad y eficacia su actividad. Para ello, <strong>es imprescindible que planifiquen su carrera profesional, que se adapten a los cambios y que la lleven a la pr\u00e1ctica con valores \u00e9ticos y de racionalidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La estrategia debe apoyarse en aquellos fundamentos que mantienen a la organizaci\u00f3n en el largo plazo, integrando la oferta de marketing en una estrategia empresarial. Al mismo tiempo debe ser una persona sensible, flexible y creativa, capaz de adaptarse a los cambios y anticipar las necesidades de los consumidores con soluciones personalizadas e innovadoras, tanto en productos como en los procesos.<\/p>\n<p>Las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas posibilitan establecer un di\u00e1logo m\u00e1s rico con los clientes y las herramientas de an\u00e1lisis justifican el
